We gather the country's most closely-watched winemakers — names already on the radar of the world's most respected critics, putting their regions on international lists for the first time — into a single sitting. Five cuvées, poured together for the first time, a clear picture of where Portugal's fine wine scene actually stands right now. The roster draws from the country's most interesting terrain: Bairrada, Colares, Dão, Douro, Vinho Verde...

Most of these cuvées exist in such limited quantities that no roster stays fixed for long — we rotate among the best available in Portugal at any given moment. Sittings usually begin at 4pm, though we're happy to arrange another time on request.
